The Trip festival is a three day family friendly camping weekend of live music, DJ’s, theatre, poetry and craft workshops.

The first Trip Festival took place in 2010 on the North West coast of the majestic Isle of Anglesey on the beautiful Carregewlyd Estate. This was the first time an event of its kind had been staged in Llanfaethlu

The first Trip Festival brought you some of the UK’s finest DJ’s, and showcased the best in Balearic, Disco, Psychedelic and Electronic dance music.

Live acts for the festival are very carefully chosen and curated by the team, so always expect to discover something new. The Trip also has a special focus on supporting new, up and coming talent from Wales and the UK.

Expect quality Psych-folk// Pyschedelia//Cosmic rock// Americana//Balearic//Disco and a few surprises into the mix.

The family friendly festival has it’s own area of interactive craft workshops, wood carving, Circus skills, poetry, theatre and storytelling.

Last year’s food and drink was all sourced from local producers, so expect a very Welsh twist!
